Yesterday, our bakery class had a special visit fr Yesterday, our bakery class had a special visit from the Autism Center of Zitsa and it was truly heartwarming! We had the opportunity to share our passion for baking with them and they shared their special abilities with us. It was a beautiful opportunity to teach them something new.  We all left feeling inspired and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We recently had the pleasure of hosting a picnic i We recently had the pleasure of hosting a picnic in the stunning mountains surrounding Zagori national park. We couldn't have asked for a more picturesque setting to enjoy delicious food, great company, and unforgettable memories. As we gathered , the fresh mountain breeze rustling through their leaves, we savored the flavors of a sumptuous feast. From long fermented sourdough bread,to traditional Greek dishes , fresh salads, and sweet, fresh fruit, our picnic was a feast for the senses. As we enjoyed each other's company, swapping stories and laughter, we couldn't help but feel grateful for moments like these. Connecting with nature, indulging in great food, and treasuring the simple pleasures in life is what it's all about. Thanks to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable experience and made it such a success. We can't wait to do it all again soon. Stay tuned for more exciting events in the near future! Πρόσφατα είχαμε τη χαρά να διοργανώσουμε ένα πικνίκ στα εκπληκτικά βουνά που περιβάλλουν το Ζαγόρι. Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να ζητήσουμε καλύτερο σκηνικό για να απολαύσουμε νόστιμο φαγητό, καλή παρέα και αξέχαστες αναμνήσεις. Καθώς συγκεντρωνόμασταν στη σκιά των ψηλών δέντρων, ο φρέσκος αέρας των βουνών ανακατέυονταν με τον ήχο των φύλλων, απολαύσαμε τις γεύσεις μιας πλούσιας γιορτινής δεξίωσης. Από το προζυμενιο ψωμί και τα παραδοσιακά Ελληνικά πιάτα, τη φρέσκια σαλάτα και τα γλυκα φρούτα, το πικνίκ μας ήταν ένας χορός γεύσεων. Καθώς απολαμβάναμε ο ένας την παρέα του άλλου ανταλλάσοντας ιστορίες και γέλια, δε μπορούσαμε παρά να αισθανόμαστε ευγνώμονες για στιγμές όπως αυτές. Η σύνδεση με τη φύση, η απόλαυση νόστιμου φαγητού και η αξιοποίηση των απλών απολαυστικών στιγμών της ζωής είναι ό,τι πραγματικά μετράει. Ευχαριστούμε όλους όσους μας συνόδευσαν σε αυτή την αξέχαστη εμπειρία και διαμόρφωσαν τη συνταγή της επιτυχίας. Ανυπομονούμε να το προσπαθήσουμε ξανά σύντομα. On Easter day I decided to taste a Panettone more On Easter day I decided to taste a Panettone more than 4 months old that I was storing it in the bakery basement . I was fascinated with the results. A little bit dry but the smell and the flavor was so GOOD 😋😋😋. Looking forward to Christmas 😜 Την ημέρα του Πάσχα αποφάσισα να δοκιμάσω ένα πανετονε που είχα αποθήκευση στο υπόγειο του Φούρνου για 4 μήνες τώρα. Έμεινα εντυπωσιασμένος από το αποτέλεσμα.
